Minimum Order:

$100 (Okay to assort styles and sizes)
Our shopping cart system automatically assigns a non-refundable processing fee of $50.00 to all orders under $95.00
Minimum order for mugs is one dozen (assorted designs ok).
All mug orders must be in multiples of 12 (24, 36, etc.).

 

Product Information:

T-shirts are heavyweight, pre-shrunk, 100% cotton* and are silk screen printed.

* The following shirts are a cotton/polyester blend:
  • Sports grey T-shirts are heavyweight,
    pre-shrunk 90% cotton and 10% polyester.
  • Ash grey T-shirts are heavyweight,
    pre-shrunk 99% cotton and 1% polyester.
  • Ringer and Heather T-shirts are heavyweight,
    pre-shrunk 50% cotton and 50% polyester.

Caps are embroidered, garment stone-washed, 100% cotton twill
and feature a cloth strap with antique brass buckle closure.

Sweatshirts are 7.5 oz. 50% cotton 50% polyester blend.

Mugs are 15 oz. ceramic, microwave and dishwasher safe.
Ceramic made in China, art printed and applied in Grove City, Pennsylvania, USA.

Adult T-Shirt Sizes: S(38), M(40), L(44), XL(48), XXL(52)*
Ladies T-shirt sizes: S(36), M(40), L(44), XL(48), XXL(52)*
Youth T-Shirt Sizes: S(6-8), M(10-12), L(14-16)
Adult Sweatshirt Sizes: S(40), M(44), L(48), XL(52)
Sleepshirts are one size fits most
Hats are one size adjustable

*All products are not available in all sizes.  XXL are $1.00 extra.

Our youth designs are available in youth sizes, S (6-8), M (10-12), L (14-16).

Terms:

All orders Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover unless credit approved.

Customers wishing to establish Net 30 terms must complete the Earth Sun Moon Credit Application. If you have problems printing this form, click here to get the MS Word version.  The credit application must be faxed to 724-605-2983 or mailed to Earth Sun Moon Trading Company, Attn: Credit Dept., 111 N. Center St., Grove City, PA 16127. You may also request a credit application by calling us at 888-458-1687, faxing us at 724-458-4920 or e-mailing us at In order to reduce spam, all email addresses have been converted to images. - please make sure you include your fax number.  Please allow up to two weeks to process your credit application. 

An interest charge of 1 1/2% monthly will be incurred by accounts over 30 days.
Chargebacks are not accepted, and an NSF Check Fee of $30 will be charged for each check or money order that is returned to us for any reason.

Credit Orders Online:

Customers who have already established a Net 30 account with us may place Net 30 orders online.  To do this select "Order by Net 30 Online" at the checkout.  Earth Sun Moon Trading Company reserves the right to reject any credit orders placed by companies that have not established a Net 30 account.

 

Shipping:

We ship most in-stock orders within 3-5 business days. Backorders will be filled within 2 weeks.  All goods will be shipped F.O.B. Grove City, PA via UPS unless otherwise indicated. If you wish for your order to be shipped by other means than UPS, please specify your shipping preference in the "Special instructions/comments" portion of the checkout.

UPS shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment based on weight and distance. We charge only what UPS calculates.

Customization/Name Drop Policy:

  • The minimum order for name drops is 48 pieces.   Designs can be mixed to meet the minimum.
  • The default placement is on the left sleeve and printed in one color. Other placements must be
    approved by ESM art department.
  • There is a one time set-up fee of $10.00 on all first name drop orders.  There is an additional cost of  $0.25 per shirt for orders from 48 to 71 pieces. There is no addition charge per shirt for orders 72 or more pieces.
  • You are to provide clean artwork for the name drop.  E-mail In order to reduce spam, all email addresses have been converted to images. if you have questions.   ESM requires that you approve final artwork layout before printing.  Please provide a fax number where you can be reached.
  • As with shipping, name drop fees will be added to your total once your order is processed and will not be included in the shopping cart's total.
  • Name-drop orders will take up to an additional two weeks to ship.
  • Mugs: Minimum order for mug name drops is 24 pieces (at least 6 per design). $10.00 one-time setup charge. No per-mug charge. Full color name drops available.
  • Make sure that you specify that it is a name-drop order and include your fax number in the "Special instructions/comments" portion of the checkout.

We strive to fulfill each order in a timely and accurate manner.   If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 10 business days.   Call tags and replacement merchandise will be sent within 24 hours.  Please note that we only accept returns if you have received incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise.
